Luggage Van Df 852
This is the oldest original item of rolling stock to have been preserved by the railway. Built around 1890 by an unknown builder (possibly the Desouches & David company). In the late 1930s, this vintage 4-wheeler parcels and luggage van was fitted with a diesel fuel tank to supply the railcar based at Le Crotoy. In 1971, it was preserved by the newly-created CFBS and pressed back into service after having been restored with the limited means the preservation society had at that time. Now in need of major restoration work, it is used only very occasionally.

This 4-wheeler van was built in 1901 by ANF Blanc-Misseron for the Seine et Marne tramway network, operated by the S.E. After this network closed in the 1950s, the van was saved from scrap and stored at Verneuil (Seine et Marne) in the early 1960s, together with other items of preserved rolling stock. It arrived at the CFBS in 1971 and underwent a first restoration in the 1980s before being returned to service. A second, comprehensive, restoration, of the bodywork was completed in 2019.

Luggage Van D 10801
This 4-wheeler van was built in 1921 for the Somme light railway network by the « La construction » workshops in Manage, Belgium, using French drawings, as part of the post-WWI reconstruction programme.
Taken over in poor condition by the CFBS in 1972, it was made available in the mid-1980s to the Paris-Outreau (APO) steelworks to be restored and fitted out as a laboratory van.
It was used by APO for testing special prototype heavy-duty metre gauge wagon bogies destined for export.
Subsequently, it was parked on the redesigned harbour sidings at St Valery-Port and used as a ticket office and shop. For many years, a volunteer by the name of Léon Lefebvre was in charge of this office, the van thus earning the nickname of “Léon’s Wagon”. Léon’s son Thierry is now the CFBS Steam Locomotive Manager.
This van has been out of service since 2011 and is currently used for storing spare parts at St Valery-Canal depot.
